50% of this wine was fermented in French Oak barrels (about 20% of which were new), and 50% was fermented in a large stainless steel tank. The result is a wine of excellent balance, with bright, fresh, crisp fruit, a lovely mouthfeel, and Véronique’s trademark long and elegant finish.
